Job Description
- Handle incoming calls from patients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Greet callers professionally and provide a positive first impression of the hospital.
- Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits based on availability.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient scheduling and avoid conflicts.
- Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and procedures to callers.
- Guide patients on the necessary preparations for appointments, surgeries, and diagnostic tests.
- Communicate with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and provide any relevant instructions.
