Job Description:

1. Preparation of Water supply piping with sizing and layouts for toilets, wash basin, scrubs etc.

2. Preparation of building internal drainages piping with sizing and layouts for soil, waste and storm water drainages toilets, wash basin, scrubs etc.
3. Preparation of external drainages with sizing and layouts for soil, waste and storm water drainages.
4. Preparation of Plumbing water supply and drainage water schematic
5. Preparation of Material take off list and measurement sheet for making Plumbing & fire-fighting BOQ
6. Preparation of water UG tank, OHT etc. layout and sleeve layout
7. Preparation of layouts of firefighting internal & external hydrant and sprinkler system and fire pipe layout and sizing.
8. Preparation of Plumbing pumping, WTP and fire pumps layout and sections as required
9. Knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage
10. Proficient and expertise in AutoCAD is a must.
