  Job Description

1.       Heat load calculations for AC & Heating

2.       Ventilation calculations & Duct sizing

3.       Capacity calculations and selection of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc.

4.        Space planning of AHU, fans , HVAC plant room etc.

5.       Piping sizing  (for Chilled water, Hot water, Condenser water, Refrigerant piping ,VRF piping etc.)

6.       Preparation of preliminary /conceptual scheme of the mechanical system

7.       Certification and approval of all kind of shop drawings submitted by contractors for site issue

8.       Required to lead for Site visit / Factory inspection visit /client place visit /weekly meeting etc.

9.       Sound knowledge in HVAC ducting designing with the thorough knowledge of ducting installation standard.

10.   Piping design skill especially with chilled water / Dx system along with the thorough knowledge of piping installation standard

11.   Able to do prepare chilled water & hot water schematic and detail design

12.   Ability to understand and read drawings of Architectural, Structural , interior drawings, MEP drawings.

13.   Making of technical specifications, BOQ, data sheet, techno- commercial comparison of equipment’s and contractors

14.   Smoke exhaust, Lift well/Staircase/Lift lobby pressurization calculations etc.

15.   Knowledge of Revit MEP & AutoCAD is an added advantage
