Job Description:-

1. What they will do: We are looking for self-motivated and eager to teach experienced, confident individuals to join us as IT Support.
2. Their primary role is to manage various verticals of incentive scheme
3. Coordinate with corporate client’s submission of reports and dashboards. They will be responsible to submit reports and coordinate with various teams within CISPL to complete the commitments of an incentive scheme.
4. What is required: To be successful in this role, the candidate should have extraordinary communication skills proficient in google sheets or excel. In addition to this, they should be keen learners to understand our company commitment and client requirements.

Position Summary:-

• Make reports and dashboard
• Coordinate within CISPL to complete task
• Resolve queries raised by end customers
• Manage team

Requirements:-

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Little knowledge of technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
