Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert leads
into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales,
excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals enhance their skills
through our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage and respond to incoming leads generated through social media platforms and
other sources.
 Conduct initial outreach and follow-up calls to prospective leads and convert them into
walk-ins
 Schedule and conduct virtual consultations or meetings with prospects.
 Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
 Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:
 HSC & above
 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or training sector.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and time management abilities.
 Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
