• Drafting HR Policies • Drafting Employees’ KRA
• Attendance & Leave Management
• General Administration • Leave Management
• Employees’ Engagement/ Welfare Activities
• Employee Registers and other HR documentation • Good oral & written communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must.  Strong decision making & problem-solving ability.
