Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates during the recruitment process.
Job Posting and Marketing:
Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Leverage social media and other digital tools to promote job openings and the company’s employer brand.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
Implement best practices in recruiting and staffing to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
