Roll & Responsibility – 

1. Hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. 
2. Coordinating Training and Learning Activities,Handling Employee Relations and Socials activities and Taking care of Legal and Statutory Compliances, Staff Budgeting and Forecasts. 
3. Further  he/she will carry out any duties related to his function assigned by the management from time to time.
4. Should be a computer proficient and expected to handle  Inspections/Assessment/Queries from the Govt / Statutory departments.
