Job Responsibilities of Digital HR Head:-
· Screening the candidate by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.
· Arranging the interview and conducting and coordinating with the concerned team member.
· Issue Joining letter, Appointment letter with brief working agreement or polices
· Properly filling the joining form and relevant document of the new joining .
· Responsible for orientation of each new employee with the existing staff
· Keeping a track of the attendance of employee
· Maintain leave records and personal records /Files
· Providing the class room training of each new joining by explaining about his job responsibility.
· Issuing Warning and promotion letter to employee
