Read More »Job role & Responsibilities
1. *Recruitment and Selection:* Responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for job openings within the organization. This includes creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
2. *Employee Relations:* Handling employee-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. They also promote a positive work culture and employee morale.
3. *Compensation and Benefits:* Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with the organization’s goals and budget.
4. *Training and Development:* Organizes and facilitates training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, as well as to support career growth and succession planning.
5. *Compliance:* Ensures that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. This includes managing legal requirements related to employment, such as payroll taxes and employee rights.
6. *HR Information Systems (HRIS):* Do research & buy HRIS software to manage employee data, such as payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy.
7. *Organizational Development:* Implementing strategies to improve workplace effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
8. *Health and Safety:* Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
9. *Employee Engagement:* Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives such as employee recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and wellness initiatives.
10. *Policy Development:* Develops and implements HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s values, culture, and legal requirements.
