  • Job Description:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
    • Oversee performance management and staff development
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s business
objectives and growth.
o Advise senior management on HR issues, providing strategic guidance on
organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
o Drive HR initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture and employee
engagement.
2. Talent Management:
o Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to ensure the attraction and
retention of top talent.
o Implement and manage performance management systems to support employee
development and achievement of organizational goals.
o Develop succession planning and career development programs to build a strong
pipeline of future leaders.
3. Employee Relations and Compliance:
o Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and
consistent application of company policies.
o Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a productive and
legally compliant work environment.
