Read More »Job Description / Responsibilities:
HIRING:
1. Taking requirements from the departments to be hired.
2. Internal checking in organisation for eligible candidate for required position.
3. Requirements put on job portal, referral, newspaper & consultant.
4. Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
5. Reviewing resumes and applications, which received by various sources.
6. Calling and taking first round of telephonic to shortlist the candidate for the interview.
7. Mail to the shortlist candidate to update Interview schedule (venue, time and date etc).
8. Taking interviews.
9. At the time of interview firstly giving the Employment Application Form to the
candidate to fill.
10. Filling Candidate Assessment Form at the time of taking interview to assess the
quality of the candidate.
11. On the basis of Employee Assessment Form shortlisted the candidates and introduce
them to the head of the department.
12. For the final approval introduce the candidate to the Directors.
13. If the candidate selected then fill Interview Evaluation Form.
14. Selected candidates provide 2 persons contact for referral checks.
15. Referrals check done then confirm the candidate for joining.
16. Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation and taking required documents as per
the company rules.
17. Joining letter issue and handover to the selected candidate & taken a signed copy for
office record purpose.
18. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the candidate.
19. Introduce the candidate from the company staff/ team
20. Joining done and handover to the head of the department.
21. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database,
etc.) of each employee
SALARY :
1. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
2. Maintaining all the attendance related documents (Like: MO, TA, Leave application
etc).
3. Checking if any document missing and update candidate about to submit the
document in time.
4. Preparation of salary statement.
5. Ensure timely distribution of salary, performance bonus, Overtime and salary slips
and yearly leave encashment etc.
FULL AND FINAL:
1) Employee leaving Own:
(1) Checking resignation letter and mail
(2) Employee serve 30 days notice period as per company policy.
(3) Proper handover of the work, documents, passwords and documents related to
the company work.
(4) Transfer ownership in proper manner.
(5) Project handover and completion report taken by the department head.
(6) Making full and final documents, Like: full and final, no objection certificate,
experience letter, relieving letter, salary slip and leave encashment if
applicable.
(7) Handover the documents to the candidate and taking signed copy by the
candidate for office record.
2) Company Termination:
(1) 1 st warning letter issue.
(2) 2 nd warning letter issue to given as indication to improvement their
performance.
(3) 3 rd and final warning with termination letter.
GRIEVANCE:
1. Interaction with the employee to know their reasons of dissatisfaction and
resolving them taking corrective action.
2. Grievance forms to be filled up.
3. Grievance not solved on HR level then discuss with HOD and if still not resolved
then it will discuss with directors for final solution.
4. Report submission of every grievance.
