The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

• Experience in software based payroll processing preferred
• Experience in minimum manpower handling 200-250

Job Description:

1. Payroll and compliances.
2. Salary Process.
3. PF Esic, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum wages earned leave with wages and Tax Calculation.
4. SOP, Full & Final and other formalities.
5. Patient and staff roaster.
6. Grievances handling.
7. Daily attendance & Leave management.
8. Assets management.
9. Documents and joining formalities.
10. Prepare termination and severance letters.
11. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
12. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
