Job Description:

• Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
• To welcome guests and help them throughout entrance, security check and boarding.
• Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures.
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress.
• Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
• Only Female Candidates

INTERACTIONS
Internally would be required to coordinate with Operations, Administration, Sales and Marketing and Engineering Department.

 External Interactions – (Outside the Organization)
Would be required to get in touch with AAI, Airport Officials, CISF, GFS, and GMR  

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
Degree /diploma holder in Hotel Management from a reputed Institute/ University.
Total 3 years of experience in Hotel Industry/ Hospitality/ Aviation (Guest relation)

Technical and Behavioral Skills
 Knowledge of handling airport activities.
Very good personality.
Energetic and flexible.
Patient in guest handling.
Committed for shift duties.
