Job Responsibilities:
• Managing front desk operations.

• Processing expenses and invoices.
• Couriering documents.
• Assist in maintaining office equipment and purchases
• Greet and welcome people.
• Be a Smart Communicator.
• Monitor office expenses and costs.
• Handling social media websites of the firm.
• General office Maintenance.
• Day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise.
• Perform any other duties as required by the management.
