Job Responsibilities:
• Managing front desk operations.
• Supporting with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks.
• Organize and oversee the day-to-day schedule.
• Organizing and planning meetings.
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all the communications and documentation.
• Prioritizing the functions requiring utmost attention.
• Processing expenses and invoices.
• Couriering documents.
• Assist in maintaining office equipment and purchases
• Greet and welcome people.
• Be a Smart Communicator.
• Monitor office expenses and costs.
• Handling social media websites of the firm.
• General office Maintenance.
• Day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise.
• Perform any other duties as required by the management.
