Job Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests.
• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Address product complaints and provide required service.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
• Keep updated records and files.
• Providing support to the sales team by preparing quotations and presentations.
• Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer
complaints, inquiries, and comments.
Job requirement
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
• Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi).
• Well groomed and presentable personality.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
