Designation – Front Desk Executive / Admin
Experience – 1-2 Years
Salary -16k PMQualification – Graduation Location – Mumbai
We are looking for a female professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. In this position, you will greet guests entering the office and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones.
* Greet people entering the office, making entries on visitors’ registers and informing them of their concerns. answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
* Answer phone calls, take messages and deliver them.
* Manage Visitors register, Attendance Register etc.
* Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients.
* Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone
* Maintain the reception area, managing housekeeping staff / pantry boys to keep the office neat and tidy.
* Managing Stationery, keeping track of the stationery items. managing in the excel sheet. Coordinate with vendors for the same.
*Managing day to day filing of bills, electricity bill reminders, filing petty cash bills etc.
