Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and the brand commitment to quality
craftsmanship.
Sales Pitch:
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
Highlight the exclusivity and cultural significance of our handicraft products.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and
communication.
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance in the purchase
process.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales management team.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the details of each handicraft product, including materials, craftsmanship, and
cultural significance.
Continuously update knowledge on new product releases and collections.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients regarding their preferences, suggestions, and overall satisfaction.
Communicate feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.
