Designation – Digital Marketing Manager

Experience –  3+  Years
Salary – 6 LPA

Qualification – Graduate(- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferable)
Digital Strategy and Campaign Development

• Designing consumer Reach & Conversion strategies for targeted
specialties in Amazon, Flipkart & E-Pharmacies
• Designing HCP Reach & Conversion strategies for targeted specialties via
leveraging digital portals – Curofy, Lybrate, Medisage , HCP Societies etc.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders (brand team, design & media
agencies and external vendors) to design and develop new innovative
digital programs that elevate and advance brand’s digital presence
• Collaborate with internal-external partners to optimize marketing
campaigns to best fit the consumer needs / behaviours
• Design Social Media strategy for Consumers – FB, Insta, LinkedIn & Twitter
Digital Campaigns Execution

• Execute all web, SEO / SEM, database marketing, email, social media
and web property advertising campaigns
• Liaise with design and media agencies to share brief on the campaign;
Review execution
• Formulate a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital
marketing initiativesDefine measures (e.g. Online Traffic Targets), tracking methodologies,
MIS & Reporting standards to understand efficiency / effectiveness
• Review reports on online traffic, budget spends and other measures
linked to digital marketing and suggest optimization / course corrections
• Own entire Digital Media spend of the brand and generate relevant ROI in
terms of purchase via these campaigns
• Running weekly/ monthly & quarterly campaigns across platforms for
consumers and HCPs with CTA & Relevant KPIs.- Tracking them on
weekly basis
Company Website

• Maintain the corporate website, applications including front end,
middleware & back-end. Implement the requirement and provide technical
advisory & solutions.
• Ideate, Visualize and execute backend – front end for corporate website,
Troubleshooting website and content issues as and when required and
the ability to diagnose and fix the same
• Responsible for creating website content, campaign on periodic basis in
collaboration with agency
Owning SLAs
• Working with Amazon + Flipkart vendors to drive brand specific SLAs
based on reviews, returns, cancellation & consumer experience
• Working with Media team to bring down the cost of per click, conversions
and other variables
• Working with social media agencies to ensure response time to queries,
comments and consumer feedback is within the agreed SLA
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– MBA/PGDM in Marketing
– Proven experience in digital marketing (Minimum 6 Years in Handling Digital marketing for
brands)
– Expertise in content development, social media initiatives, SEO/SEM , driving content on
natives , ORM – Direct and through social listening
– Should have handled/exposed to various analytical/tech tools – e.g. Google AdWords, FB
insights, sprinkler
– Proven experience in building brands online ( conversions, reach etc)
– Strategic mindset for devising annual digital plans in liaison with brand teams
– Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
– Self motivated and customer focused
– Ability to develop marketing budgets, analyse ROI and spends
