Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly fresher to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone calls and messages, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide information about products and services.
 Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
 Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any issues or concerns.
 Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
 Provide feedback on customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
 +2, Graduated students
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
 Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
 Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
 No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
