  • Skills - Proficiency with computer systems and financial software.

Job Responsibilities

 ⁠Respond to technician requests by reviewing the brief description of
required parts and work order numbers.
 ⁠Locate the technician's card on system, and unlock the card.
 After the technician completes the purchase, review the transaction and
lock the card back using the system’s “Lock” function.
 Ensure that drivers submit receipts after completing a purchase.
 ⁠Review submitted receipts for accuracy, ensuring they are categorized
appropriately for financial tracking and reconciliation

Job Requirements

 Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all transactions and receipts are
handled accurately and securely.
 ⁠Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
technicians and analysts.
 ⁠Strong mathematical skills and comfort with numbers for accurate
financial processing and reconciliation.
 ⁠Proficiency with computer systems and financial software.
 ⁠Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to secure financial practices.
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.

Shift Time: Rotational shifts / Night shifts
Days of work: 5.5 days
