Roles and responsibilities :Collection

Requirements:

• Communicate with customers who have outstanding debts through phone calls, emails, letters, or other communication channels.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or arrangements with debtors to facilitate the repayment of debts.
• Keep accurate records of all communication with debtors, including payment agreements, promises to pay, and follow-up actions.
• Update customer account information, payment statuses, and collections activities in the company’s database or software systems.
• Monitor overdue accounts and track payment deadlines to ensure timely follow-up and action.
• Identify accounts that require escalated collections efforts, such as legal action or third-party collections services.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities, account statuses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
