Job Description:

− Team management and retention

− Student servicing and operations

− Monitor batch occupancy for the center

− Coordinate with regional teams

− Making product wise marketing plans and ensures execution of the same

− Drive Marketing and Business Development for the assigned territory

− Ensure revenue targets are met for the center

− To handle ATL, BTL, Institutional Sales function for the territory

− To strengthen the company & reach in the assigned market

− Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development

− To network with Institutions and key decision makers

− To generate walk-ins within branch

− Promote test prep products & services in the target market and generate revenue

− To establish and maintain the company& presence in target markets, including top

− schools, colleges, tuition centres, other educational centres, associations, clubs, industry

− associations etc

− Build relations with various Student bodies including student Union etc.
