Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Client Relations and Business Development Manager with a strong technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) and proven experience in team management and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting after-sales feedback, managing the calling team, overseeing SEO activities, and driving business growth by developing new strategies and hiring a competent team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Feedback Management: Systematically gather and analyze after-sales feedback to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
● Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the calling team, ensuring high performance, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
● SEO and Online Presence: Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) related tasks to enhance the company’s online visibility and client engagement. ● Business Development: Create and implement strategies to promote business growth, including market analysis, partnership development, and service expansion.
● Recruitment and Team Building: Lead the hiring process for the business development team, ensuring the selection of candidates who will contribute to the company’s objectives and culture.
● Management and Strategy: Play a key role in middle management, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of business objectives.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive operations and consistent progress toward company-wide goals. Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
● At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a technical environment.
● Strong understanding of SEO, online marketing, and web analytics.
● Proven track record in business development and team management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and develop strategies accordingly. Preferred Skills:
● Experience in client relations and feedback collection.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
