- Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Technology or Masters in Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or CRM management role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Skills - Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a team of atleast 2 calling agents, enhancing their sales pitches and overall performance. Conduct regular training sessions and provide feedback to foster professional growth. CRM Management: Oversee the company's CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and management of client interactions. Address any client issues promptly, escalating them to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Masters in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or CRM management role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis.

Responsibilities:
