Lead Generation through Site Visits: Conduct regular field visits to ongoing construction sites to identify new project opportunities.
Cold Calling to Builder Offices: Visit builder offices and secure appointments with key decision-makers
Architect Engagement: Seek meetings with principal and associate architects from structure architect firms to pitch project-based requirements.
Client Presentations: Introduce the company, showcase product samples, and present catalogues to prospective clients.
Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate effectively to win purchase orders and build long-term client relationships.
Market Intelligence: Collect and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback with the company.
