Salary:- upto 8 – 9 Lakhs PA
Experience:- 5 – 6 Years
Gender:- Male
Qualification;- MBA/PGDBM from Tier I Business School

 Experience with sales/operations function at the same stream line.

Key Deliverables :-

Reporting to AVP Business Development
 Generate the sales from existing clients and new client to achieve Top-line (~INR 10 Cr
annualized) and achieve profit targets for their Business Units
 Maintain healthy contribution margin while delivering revenue target
 Create and execute strategies, like territory optimization, lead generation, Track on comp
 Interact with top management on a daily basis to showcase territory growth results
 Have distinctive problem-solving skills
 Possess excellent team building and people management abilities
 Thrive in a fast-paced environment
 Come with strong data management and analytics experience
 Government vertical experience on generating RFP and handling account based on it.
