Business Development Executive – Admin Executive Role (combined Role) 

Strictly Female Candidate.
Fresher to 3 Years Experience
Must be Ready to Travel Across India and Abroad on Company Assignments.

 We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Development Executive/Team Head. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Development Process: Take charge of the business development process by actively visiting hospitals, doctors, and dealers identified by the sales team to promote our products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Participate in International Expos and Events: Represent the company at international expos and events to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and identify new business opportunities. Travel to various locations globally as necessary to support business objectives.
  • Office Administration: While Assigned Responsibility in Office, will have to demonstrate Leadership skills in Managing the Office and other Responsibilities Like Bookkeeping, Creating Presentations , Coordinating with Co workers in all verticals of the company to ensure Work is done.
  • Vendor Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert prospective vendors into regular partners. Clearly articulate the benefits of working with our company and address any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic business development plans in collaboration with senior management. Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Travel Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required by the demands of the business. Accompany the Managing Director or other members of senior management when necessary to support key business initiatives.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Bachelors in Engineering. MBA or Masters is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Hindi Speaking will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally, as required by the demands of the role.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and building long-term relationships with vendors and clients.
