Key Accountabilities:
 Prepare Quotations for Exhibition Design (similar as Interior design) projects based on AutoCad drawings & 3D design
renders.
 Calculate sizes & costs for individual items like partitions, wooden furniture, branding materials etc.
 Get costs from various enlisted vendors/market for bought-outs like light fittings, furniture’s, wallpapers etc.
 Check and review the client’s budget and compare them with the approved BOQ
 Supervise site measurement when required
 Managing files and organizing documentation related to the projects.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
 Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD.
 2+ years experience in commercial interiors.
 In-depth understanding of how the design process works.
 Attention to detail and quality.
 Time Management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Diploma degree in Interior Design
 Good understanding of drawings & materials
 Proficient with MS Excel, AutoCAD & calculations
 Strong understanding of interior design principles, material, and construction method
