Read More »Purpose of the role:-
Identify Business opportunities and ensure high conversion of leads.
Day to Day responsibilities:-
Procuring new patients through direct contact, word of mouth, cold calling, conducting events as per set protocols of the organization
Identification of corporate and communities and execute events as per set protocols of the organization
Explaining the services and programs of the organization and ensuring leads are generated.
Conversion of valid leads and ensuring they are enrolled in the company’s programs
Ensure adherence to company’s quality standards as per set protocols.
Become a product and service expert and effectively present the company’s services to current and new patients
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, schedules customer appointment s and customer complains
Generation of own leads and conversion through own initiatives outside company generated leads
Educate customers in all programs and services and packages along with query resolution
Competencies required:-
Good experience and ability to engage and build a positive relationship with customers
Confident enough to sell a service to a customer
Good verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent customer orientation
Ability and willingness to travel as and when required
