Job Description: Assistant Director (Location: Mohali)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: –
➢ Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication
➢ Lead a team of experienced staff members who are all PGs/MBAs with an experience of 3+years
➢ Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and manage internaloperations
➢ Help drive continuous improvement of our service levels and an excellent clientexperience
➢ Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales, Digital Marketing and
Market Research functions
You will be leading the front-end of the business and will need to have the dedication to create and
apply effective client communication. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth by providing
strong client support and building lasting relationships with our global clients.

You will be exposed to areas of Business Development, Digital Marketing, Technical Research, and
Financial Market Analysis.

The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
• Leading the existing teams and managing the functions of Sales and Client Support.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customerservice.
• Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the
products that we offer.
• Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and whenrequired.
• Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior teammembers.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
• Study the ongoing economic events in the global capital market. Help the team in developing
and writing research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
• Any other work streams as required for the growth and development of the Business.

Qualification and Skills Required:
• CA/MBA Finance/ MA Economics/ M.Com. with prior work experience of 8-10 years.
• Experience of 5-7 years working in a Global Client Support role within the Financial services
industry.
