Designation :-  Accountant cum Admin
Location:- Bangalore
Experience:-  2+ Years
Education:- Graduate / Postgraduate

Salary: 3 – 3.36 LPA
Gender :  Female/Male


Responsibilities:

–        Must have experience in day to day accounting.

–        Should have experience in Tally and other related software’s.

–        Must have experience in GST, TDS and Income Tax filing

–        Must have knowledge of Income Tax, Company law.

–        Must have good knowledge of vendor invoice processing / claims processing.

–        Must be adept at handling and managing inter-company transactions.

–        Experience in maintaining Book of Accounts viz Cash Book, Ledger Book Journal,

–        finalization of Balance sheets etc.

–        Experience in petty cash handling.

–        Must be responsible for General administrative and office tasks with Back Office

–        Support.

–        Support of, and actively participating, on running internal and external processes

–        Secretarial Services

–        Liaise with 3rd parties

–        Client Coordination, Coordination with bank and experience in foreign remittances.

–        Supporting international clients

–        Work closely with the top management

Your experience & skills

–        2+ years’ experience in Accounts cum Administration role.

–        Graduate/ Postgraduate in the relevant field.

–        Excellent knowledge in Tally / accounting software

–        Excellent knowledge in MS Office tools

–        Fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi

–        Excellent verbal & written communication skills

–        Accounting skills

–        Service oriented

–        Pro active

–        Multi Thinking with Multi-tasking abilities

–        Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
