We have a urgent opening for the post of General Manager in a leading FMCG / Food factory located at Parwanoo Himanchal Pradesh.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility of plant operations – (Demand vs. PPC, Production scheduling, Engineering, Stores & inventory management, Administration, Transportation, Logistics & SCM, etc.)
2. Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output.
3. Designing SOPs and Systems up gradation.
4. Cross functional team building and process management
5. Optimization techniques and efficient facilities management.
6. Optimizing of MIS and communication free flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education– Specialization Min—Bsc in Food Technology

Experience –
1. Min Prior experience of 5 years as Factory Head . Candidates only from Food/FMCG industry will be considered.

1.Proven track record
2. Excellent leadership and man management skills.
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
4. Analytical, cost conscious and proactive.
5. Process and quality oriented.
6. Age bellow 50 yrs
