Job Responsibilities:-
 To perform day to day operational activities assigned by
reporting manager
 To add new vendors to the bucket for getting more bids
against the tender published by the organization
 To work on a specific vendor management software to
manage vendor data
 Review and check the new vendor request received on portal
 To contact vendors by email and phone for various
operational activities
 To coordinate with different units of organization for fulfilling
the procurement requirements
 To perform vendor verification before onboarding
 To partake in quarterly quality checks/audit at different units
