Designation – Jr. Service Engineer

Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years 

Salary Range – 18k – 20k  PM 

Work Timings Flexible (Work in General shift only)

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics engineering having 1-3 years of
experience in Service & maintenance activity

Essentials Job Requirements:
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered
effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance
measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment
use.
• Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis, Maintain
the daily work log as per the format given.
• To attend to the complaint given by the respective site team.
• Arranging for field/ site visits required for completing the system troubleshooting if required.
• Preparation of the detailed report after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback
on the report to the concerned service Manager.
• Carrying out servicing of cleaning equipment (based on breakdowns, installation checks, AMCs,
and Survey reports).
• Identifying spare parts of the cleaning equipment required for Overhauling/repair.
• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers’ concerns.
• Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
Experience Required:
• Solar energy industry or equivalent (technical service, commissioning service) – Minimum 1-3 Years
• Experience in attending and understanding service calls and labels with the ability to pick out and
interpret relevant information
• Decent Understanding of PV plant structures, and rooftop structures will be nice
• Speaking Languages: English/Hindi (Any regional language nice to have)
Work Area:

Installation, Servicing, and tech support during the test phase, pre-commissioning, and post-
commissioning at client locations in PAN India.
