Designation – Design Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 1+ yrs

Qualifications:  Design- Jr. Engineer ~ 1 to 3 Years Exp ~ 25 to 30000 

                         PM Design – Engineer ~ 3 to 6 Years Exp ~ 30 to 45000

                        PM Design- Sr. Engineer ~ 6 Above Exp ~ 45000 + PM As per right                                    Candidate.

Job responsibility

Understand the requirement from the documents (RFQ & Drawings) provided by customer.
Handson experience in Solidworks
Generate concepts from the requirement raised by customer.
Explain and review the concepts with internal team and also with customer.
Do the detailed sketching & analytical calculations.
Do the 3D modelling.
Select the Mechanical & Pneumatic standard elements.
Communicate with controls team for selection of Controls and Electrical related standard elements.
Interact with customer.
Prepare Bill of Materials.
Prepare part drawings by applying GD&T wherever applicable.
Prepare assembly drawings.
Prepare IO list & sequence of operation.
Prepare cycle time diagram
Handle the DAP with Customer.
Selection of Mechanical components like Ball Screws, Rails and Rail blocks,
Analytical knowledge to select motors, sencers and other electrical components
Prepare Manuals.
