On technical skills front, 

Must haves:

–     6-8 years of Java / J2EE development

–     6-8 years of working database experience with Oracle, MySQL

–     6-8 years of working experience with SOA, Webservices, JMS/MQ/Messaging

–     6-8 years working experience with XML (parsing, building)

–     3-5 years working experience with JBossApplication Server

–     3-5 years working experience with Unix shell scripts, Unix OS environment (AIX, RHL, other)

Nice to have:

– .NET, C

– Application L3 support experience

–     MAC/ iOS / iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows development 

–     Web development – Ajax, Javascript, RubyOnRails, DOJO, GWT 

–     Weblogic/Websphere/other application servers 

–     XSLT, CSS 

– Database: DB2, Sybase, SQLServer, other RDBMS
