Work closely with the HR team to streamline the hiring process and
enhance efficiency.
3. Candidate Experience Management
Maintain a professional and engaging candidate experience through
prompt communication and constructive feedback.
Coordinate and manage all interactions with candidates throughout the
recruitment journey.
4. Job Advertising & Employer Branding
Craft compelling job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant
platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to enhance employer
branding and boost visibility.
5. Compliance & Best Practices
Stay updated with labor laws and hiring regulations to ensure
compliance in recruitment activities.
Implement industry best practices to optimize hiring efficiency and
effectiveness.
