Requirements

· MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the education industry

· Progressive attitude and sensitivity towards human issues and problems

· Awareness about market trends in the educational field, ability to anticipate and deal with problems related to external as well as internal environment

· Out-of Box thinker, Strong team player

· Motivation and Management skills,

Job Description

1. Payroll management

a. Checking of daily attendance of all staff members

b. Approval of short leaves

c. Calculations of salary as per:

i. Leaves/ Working Hours

ii. Loans

iii. TDS

iv. ESI

v. EPF

vi. Reimbursements

vii. Bonus

viii. Fines

d. Maintenance of Leave Record

e. Approval of Loans

f. Statutory compliances

2. Pre – Recruitment

a. Getting specific requirements from respective departments.

b. Sourcing the resumes by Advertisement, reference, Job Portals

c. Campus Recruitments

d. Conduction of Prelim interview

e. Scheduling of demo/interviews with dept. heads

f. Taking care of boarding/lodging of faculty members who stay overnight

g. Formulation of JDs

h. Negotiation of salary

i. Sending of Offer Letter

3. Post – Recruitment

a. Joining Formalities

i. Reference check and verification of documents

ii. Joining Letter along with salary structure

iii. Collection of PAN, ID Proof, Degree, Resume

iv. Peak Productivity Policy, if applicable

v. Bank Account

vi. Contract/Cheque, if applicable

vii. Email ID

viii. Attendance enrollment

ix. Enrolment in Whatsapp Groups

x. Issue of PC/Laptop etc

xi. Creation of individual file
