2. Pre – Recruitment
a. Getting specific requirements from respective departments.
b. Sourcing the resumes by Advertisement, reference, Job Portals
c. Campus Recruitments
d. Conduction of Prelim interview
e. Scheduling of demo/interviews with dept. heads
f. Taking care of boarding/lodging of faculty members who stay overnight
g. Formulation of JDs
h. Negotiation of salary
i. Sending of Offer Letter

a. Joining Formalities
