Supervise core HR activities of 250+ Staff
Employee Grievance
Developing, Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human
resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations
and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and
conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and
scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and
implementing pay structure revisions.
• Advanced compliance knowledge regarding organization procedures.
• Strong understanding of System capabilities and application platform.
• Good knowledge of benefits business.
• Intermediate Understanding of Transition Methodology.
• End to end Recruitment, grievance handling, salary negotiation skill, data
management, joining and leaving formalities.
• Manage the recruitment targets of the organization and monitor the
Selection process.
