-> Handling End to End IT Recruitment.
-> Screening, Sourcing and Scheduling.
-> Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like Naukri, indeed etc.
-> Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.
-> Offer Releasing and following up with candidates till joining.
-> Effectively using personal network, Employee referrals to close the position.
-> Responsible to achieve the target assigned.
-> Daily updating employee database.
-> Maintaining leave records and attendance updates.
-> Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries.
-> Employee engagement activities & Vendor Management.
