Job description

Handling traveler queries and taking travel requirements
Understand client’s requirements and offer packages accordingly
Coordinating with the operations team.
Handling operations/sales for outbound and inbound tour inquiries
Create bookings/reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking, and customization of international/outbound tour packages
Providing excellent customer service experiences – Taking care of any customer escalation post-booking and helping with appropriate resolution
Assisting clients with visa processing, flight ticketing, and pre-trip formalities
Post-sales file operations, Invoicing
Responsible for generating revenue for the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

# Must have Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Tours & Destinations.
# Proven track record of converting Hotel & Packages leads into business.
# Should have expertise in Designing itineraries & costing.
