qualification/experience/skills needed for
the job:-

 B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech. / M.Sc IT/ and 3 Yrs
experience in related area.
 Hardware & Networking, Printer Support, Mail
Configuration, LAN, WAN, Troubleshooting
 Handle daily technical support activities on
desktop support, data network and server
management.
 Software installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting for end users
Hardware and Software upgrades.
 Performance of IT support duties as defined by
the appropriate team lead
Network printer installation/configuration
 Setup desktop computers and peripherals and
test network connections.
 Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to
changing priorities.
 Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
 Good background in computer
hardware/software troubleshooting.
 Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
 Strong organizational skills.
