KRA  –  1) Telemarking outbound process daily 50 calls expecting for leads

 2) need to convert a lead into prospective customers list out of 50 calls need to set the target daily 15 calls in prospective customers 

3) Need to setup daily 4 appointments 

4) Mailing communication 5) MS Office, Powerpoint presentation, ERP/CRM knowledge
