CTC : 4.8 Lacs to 6 Lacs PA
Experience : 2-5 Years
Job Description
– Proficiency in Spanish language is a must – Speaking, Writing and Reading
– Experience and knowledge of import export
– Align and facilitate sales team to drive the sales KRAs as assigned
– Client Relationship management, Grievance handling and delivering quick resolution
– Updates all contact information of clients
– Quick response to emails, texts and phone calls of client/stakeholders
– Deliver high standards of customer experience
– Follow up with customers to understand the satisfaction level with regards to a product and services delivered
– Maintain cross functional alignment in the best interest of organization
– Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team
– Coordination for travel and accommodations for sales team
Education, Certification & Skills
– Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
– Proficiency in English and Spanish Language – Speaking, Writing and Reading
– Master of Email and Telephonic Etiquettes
– Excellent computer and internet skills
