Must-have requirements:Essential:
– 2 years’ experience in a remote customer support role via email, chat and/or phone
– Efficient in Google Docs, MS Office and Data entry systems
– Strong attention to detail
– Strong writing and grammar skills
– Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts verbally and in writing
– Ability to solve problems efficiently using the resources and/or tools at your disposal
– Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage own time effectively
– Flexible; respond positively to change and pick up new knowledge and skills quickly
– Comfortable learning new software
– Thrive in a self-motivated and self-managed remote working environment
– Flexible Working hours, Open to work in US Shifts.
– Solid Internet Access
– Quiet environment to make phone calls when necessary
– Excellent customer service skills
– Desire to help customers solve problems
– Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
Desirable:
