Performance Appraisal 6. Employee training & development. 7. Maintenance of employee files 8. Campus Recruitment. 9. Exit Interview/Exit formalities 10. Admin (Operation) KEY SKILLS: Should Be Presentable. Smart & Active with Leadership Quality. Must Possess Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills.
