 Experience – 4-5 Years

 Job Description – 
 Responsible for recruitment, selection process, and onboarding process (Interviews,
background check, documentation, orientation, Etc.)
 Timely salary processing of all the employees (PF, EPF processing must)
 Advise management on new employees’ policies 
 Maintain updated records of all the employees in the company
 Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department
 Follow proper exit process of the employees (documentation, salary & F&F settlement)
Skills –
 4-5 years of experience in HR profile
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Attention to details
 Excellent organizational skills 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Prioritize tasks as and when required
 Ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
 Excellent knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
 Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
