Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Video Editor to join our creative team In this role, you will own end-to-end video production — from raw footage to polished, publish-ready content. You will bring storytelling expertise, technical precision, and a passion for visual aesthetics to every project, working across short-form and long-form video formats.
What You’ll Own
• End-to-end video editing for both short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (brand films, documentaries, campaigns).
• Craft compelling narratives through precise cuts, pacing, and transitions that serve the story and brand voice.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, polished, publish-ready content across multiple platforms.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, and basic sound design to ensure broadcast- quality output.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual enhancements to elevate production value.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure videos align with client briefs and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Organise, archive, and maintain project files and media assets in a structured and accessible way.
What Makes You Stand Out
• A strong innate sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual aesthetics — you instinctively know what makes a cut feel right.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for editing and content enhancement, such as Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly, Pika, and similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently, stay organised under pressure, and deliver fast without cutting corners.
• A genuine passion for video content trends and an eye for what performs well across social and digital platforms.
• Experience producing content for brand campaigns, social media, or agency clients is a significant plus.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of video codecs, export settings, aspect ratios, and platform-specific delivery requirements.
• Experience with colour science: exposure, white balance, colour grading using LUTs, and skin tone correction.
• Working knowledge of audio editing: syncing, levelling, noise reduction, and basic sound design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take and interpret creative feedback constructively.
Nice to Have
• Experience with 3D motion graphics or Cinema 4D for more advanced visual work.
• Familiarity with audio production tools such as Adobe Audition or Logic Pro.
• Background in photography or cinematography to better understand visual language and on-set requirements.
• Understanding of platform algorithms and content performance metrics for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Prior experience working within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
